1. Book a free intro call

Tell us about your business, your goals and what you need. We will walk you through our plans and recommend the best fit. No commitment required.

If you already know which plan you want, you can skip the call and get started right away by choosing a plan on the pricing page.

2. We design and build your site

Our team creates a custom website tailored to your brand. You will see a preview before anything goes live and can request as many changes as you need until it feels right.

If you already have a website, we can take it over and improve it instead of starting from scratch. We handle the hosting migration for you.

3. Social media gets set up

We learn your brand voice and start creating social posts. You review and approve everything before it is published. We handle scheduling and posting across your chosen platforms.

Supported platforms include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. If you need a different platform, let us know and we will see what we can do.

4. Your site goes live

Once you approve the design, we launch your website with managed hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring all included. No technical work on your end.

If you have a custom domain, we handle the DNS setup. If you need a new domain, we can help you pick and register one.

5. Ongoing updates and posting

Every month we update your website content as needed and keep your social feeds active with regular, on-brand posts. You stay focused on your business.

Tips for getting the most out of your plan

  • Share your brand guidelines, logos and colors early. It helps us match your identity from day one.
  • Send us photos from your business. Real images always perform better than stock photos.
  • Let us know your goals. More phone calls? More foot traffic? More online leads? We tailor content around what matters to you.
  • Review social posts promptly. The faster you approve, the more consistent your posting schedule stays.
  • Tell us about seasonal promotions or events in advance so we can plan content ahead of time.
  • If something is not working, let us know. We are always happy to adjust the approach.

What if I need to pause?

You can pause your plan from your dashboard at any time. Billing stops immediately. Your website stays live, but social posting and content updates pause until you resume.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime with no penalties. Your website remains yours. We can help you transition hosting if you want to move to a different provider.

Can my team send update requests?

Yes. You can invite team members to your workspace. Anyone on your team can send us website change requests or social content ideas.

What happens during holidays?

Our team observes standard US public holidays. Requests sent during holidays are picked up on the next business day. Social posts are pre-scheduled to keep your feeds active.

What if I need more than what my plan includes?

You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime, or add individual add-ons like chatbot integration, community management or ad campaigns without changing your base plan.
